I decided to transform because I wanted to look good and be fitter.

I followed my diet strictly and trained consistently for years.

I train 2 muscles per session with a combination of cardio.

I take omega-3, whey protein, multivitamins, and magnesium.

It was a challenge to control my cravings while on a calorie deficit (when required), but still I never gave in to them.
