1) Why did you decide to transform?
I decided to transform because I was diagnosed with PCOS, which was affecting me both physically and mentally. Since there is no specific medication that could cure PCOS, the only solution was to change my lifestyle. So, I started taking control of my life and started making consistent changes in my daily routine.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
I accomplished my goals by making healthier food choices, completing my sleep properly, and doing a combination of physical activities. I stayed consistent with my routine, and that consistency slowly started showing results.
3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
I started walking daily, running whenever I could, and most helpful of all, doing HIIT workouts.
