Bench Dips - Exercise Guide

Learn how to do a Bench Dips

Muscle group worked: Triceps
Equipment: Bench
Difficulty: Beginner
Mechanics: Compound

1. Place a bench behind your back and hold it perpendicular to you body. Slowly lower your body as you inhale by bending at the elbows until you lower yourself far enough so that your forearms should always be pointing down. 
2. Using your triceps to bring your torso up again, lift yourself back to the starting position.
