Dumbell Pullover - Exercise Guide

Muscle group worked: Chest, Latismus Dorsi, Shoulders, Triceps
Equipment: Dumbell 
Difficulty: Intermediate
Mechanics: Compound

1. Lie so that your upper body is forming a cross with the bench.
2. Your hips should be below the bench and legs bent with feet firmly on the floor. 
3. The head will be off the bench.
4. Lower the weight slowly in an arc behind your head while breathing in until you feel a stretch. 
5. At that point, bring the dumbbell back to the starting position and exhale as you perform this movement. 
6. Make sure that the dumbbell used for this exercise is secure.
