Dumbell Shoulder Press - Exercise Guide -

Learn how to do a Dumbell Shoulder Press

Muscle group worked: Front Delts
Equipment: Dumbbell
Difficulty: Beginner
Mechanics: Compound

1. Raise the dumbbells to shoulder height with palms facing forward. This is your starting position. 
2. Exhale and push the dumbbells upward until they touch at the top. 
3. Pause and slowly lower the weights back down to the starting position while inhaling.
