1) Why did you decide to transform?

I was a bit chubby since childhood and always wished to be slim. No matter how hard I tried to change, I kept failing and eventually gave up. Then last year, I started eating a lot more, which made me gain even more weight. I began to feel terrible about myself. I couldn’t even do small tasks properly, and I’d run out of breath just from walking a little. One day, I finally decided that I needed to completely change my life, starting with my health. From that day till now, I’ve been consistently working on becoming a better version of myself.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

It took me 8 months to lose weight with cardio and strength training. And I’m still working towards my goals. However, my focus has now changed from fat loss to muscle building.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

When I was overweight, I started with brisk walking and some bodyweight exercises to build discipline. After three months, I joined the gym where I now follow the routine of  push-pull-legs and cardio, six days a week.

4) Which supplements did you take?

I’ve been taking protein supplements along with zinc, vitamin K2, vitamin D3, vitamin C, magnesium glycinate, and omega-3. For the past two months, I’ve also been taking creatine.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

In the beginning, I faced a lot of physical discomfort; my legs used to hurt while walking, and sometimes I felt very demotivated. Moreover, I had to control my hunger and cravings, which was tough as initially, I didn’t have a proper understanding of a suitable diet, so I researched a lot about calorie deficit. After that, I never faced issues like hitting a plateau.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

For all those on a weight loss journey, just eat in a calorie deficit and track everything you consume. Also, make sure to do weight training along with cardio. Just stay consistent.  If I can do it, so can you!

I decided to transform because I was bullied in school. Moreover, suffering from PCOD pushed me to take charge of my health and build better habits.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

I accomplished my goals by avoiding junk food and making changes to my diet. Along with it, I also started avoiding sugary foods.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

Initially, I started with 45 minutes of walking daily, and then last year, I joined the gym and incorporated weight training into my routine.

4) Which supplements did you take?

I have not consumed any supplements. I just keep my diet nutritional enough.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

In the beginning of my fitness journey, I could hardly see any changes in my body. This started to make me feel demotivated sometimes. But I worked hard and kept patience and finally, saw great results.

6) Suggestions for future transformers.

For those starting their weight loss journey, my suggestion for them: have patience and stay consistent with your diet and training. In the beginning, it’s easy to get demotivated and give up, but with regularity, you’ll see great results- better physical and mental health.

I decided to transform because I was obese, and I just wanted to feel healthier and more confident about my body.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

It was all about consistent effort and staying committed every day.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

I followed a bro split training routine, along with a strict diet and regular cardio. Staying consistent with all three really made the difference.

4) Which supplements did you take?

I kept it pretty simple with supplements — HK Advanced Calcium, Liver Detox, and Multivitamins for overall health. For training support, I used MB CreaPro, MB Whey Protein, MB EAA, and MB Ashwagandha.

I decided to transform because I had several health issues, including PCOD and fatty liver.  In order to improve my health, I knew I had to transform myself.

2)How did you accomplish your goals?

I accomplished my goals by following a Calorie-deficit diet and a structured workout plan. I made a proper plan for the transformation and stuck to it. 

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals? 

My training routine is a combination of fast cardio and weight training.

4) Which supplements did you take?

The only supplements I take are multivitamins and whey protein.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

During my journey, I often felt like giving in to the cravings, but I had to keep a strong mindset. Moreover, another challenge was that it took a long time to see a major weight loss, so I had to be very patient.

Slow weight loss lasts longer. Crash diets and quick fixes bounce back just as quickly. So my suggestion would be to avoid shortcut methods and follow a well-structured plan and be patient.

1) Why did you decide to transform?

I was so obese that I could not find clothes of my size. And even any outfits did not look good on my body because I was overweight. Moreover, my health was also not good which made me realize that I have to get transformed.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

I was very dedicated and disciplined and followed a healthy diet to achieve my goals. Even on days when I could not workout, I followed my diet properly.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

The training routine that I followed was cardio plus weight training. I do cardio in the morning and weight training in the evening.

4) Which supplements did you take?

For supplements, I only consume whey protein because I am a vegetarian.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

5)One of the biggest challenges I faced was being able to control my unnecessary food cravings. But I controlled my mind to avoid street food, oily food, and sugar. It was hard but I managed to overcome all my cravings.

1) Why did you decide to transform?

I was an overweight kid since childhood and that chubbiness became one of the biggest hurdles when I grew up. People used to body shame me, and I started facing many health problems, like high blood pressure and shortness of breath. So, in October 2020, I took the first step toward changing my life.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

Weighing 112 kg, I knew I had to prioritise my health and set a goal to reach 78 kg. I started by overhauling my diet—eliminating sugary drinks and junk food and focusing on whole foods like lean proteins, fruits, and vegetables. Meal prepping became a key part of my routine, helping me stay on track.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

In the beginning I focused more on cardio but after gaining knowledge through various online platforms I started focusing more on strength training so I have been following push pull legs training split for the past 4 years and I am getting very good results from it.

4) Which supplements did you take?

Nutrition wise I mainly focused on a high protein- moderate carbs diet along with high water intake and I supplemented myself with whey protein, creatine and multivitamins.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

The biggest challenge I faced was my irresistible craving for sweets and junk which I knew I had to control. Many times I used to feel low in energy due to high calorie deficit. By determination, I overcame all the challenges.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

One advice I would like to give people who are aiming for a transformation is to be consistent , don’t fall for early results, focus more on training , high protein diet and don’t starve.
