1) Why did you decide to transform?
I decided to transform because I was obese, and I just wanted to feel healthier and more confident about my body.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
It was all about consistent effort and staying committed every day.
3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
I followed a bro split training routine, along with a strict diet and regular cardio. Staying consistent with all three really made the difference.
4) Which supplements did you take?
I kept it pretty simple with supplements — HK Advanced Calcium, Liver Detox, and Multivitamins for overall health. For training support, I used MB CreaPro, MB Whey Protein, MB EAA, and MB Ashwagandha.
5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?
When I started my transformation, many people said I wouldn’t be able to do it and it wasn’t possible for someone like me. Along with that, being overweight made it hard for me to move properly, and I dealt with a lot of injuries, too. But I fought through all of it and completely changed myself.
6) Suggestion for future transformers.
My suggestion would be that consistency is key. Stay committed to your goal everyday no matter how demotivated you feel and trust the process.
