Why did you decide to transform?
I was always obese but my health had deteriorated especially after covid – when my work stress increased. I had high blood pressure, cholesterol, hypertension, and PCOD.
How did you accomplish your goals?
By hitting the gym 6 days a week with a trainer and by following a high protein, low-carb, and calorie-deficit diet.
Training routine that helped you achieve your goals
3 days a week of strength training, 3 of heavy intensity cardio – 1.5 hours a day. In addition to this, I walked a minimum of 10,000 steps a day.
Which supplements did you take?
Collagen, whey protein isolate, calcium, vitamin C, zinc, vitamin B, vitamin D, and biotin.
What challenges did you face during your transformation?
It was extremely hard in the beginning; my body was not used to exercise and it was a struggle to go to the gym every day. I’m also a hard-core foodie so limiting food was also incredibly tough in the beginning. It took me a few months to get used to the lifestyle.
Suggestion for future transformers
Start today as there’s no correct time or date to start. The first few weeks are going to be tough but worth it. Set realistic goals, be patient, measure your progress, and BELIEVE in yourself.
