 I decided to transform to lead an active and healthy lifestyle 

2. How did you accomplish your goals?

 I accomplished my goals by being in a calorie deficit, eating healthy, and indulging in good training

3. Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

 I workout six days a week with a good rest of 8 or more hours daily.

4. Which supplements did you take?

Whey protein and creatine are my constant supplements

5. What challenges did you face during your transformation?

There is always a risk of getting injured while lifting. I got injured a few times, which triggered my confidence a bit, but I continued doing it.

6. Suggestion for future transformers.

 Gain leaner mass to get a shredded look.
