Why did you decide to transform?
When I reached my peak of fatness & was not looking good in any dress, so I decided to shed all those extra kilos.
How did you accomplish your goals?
I accomplished my goals with lots of hard work & 100% dedication.
Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
I followed a strict workout routine for 6 days a week and regularly completed them without any failure.
Which supplements did you take?
I lost all my weight through natural food and took only Whey supplements for fulfilling my protein requirements.
What challenges did you face during your transformation?
It was hard for me to avoid junk food as I used to be a big time foodie and a lover of processed & packaged foods. Staying away from it was the biggest challenge and all of that was only possible because of my inner dedication.
Suggestion for future transformers.
I would like to suggest one thing to the future transformers that you don’t know yet how it feels when you get your desired body shape, & when you will feel that, you will never wanna go back to your earlier shape. Also, dedication is very important. You can never achieve your goal until and unless you give your 100% dedication to it. Only diet & workout doesn’t help.

My age is 27 yrs & my weight before was 75 kgs and now it’s 60 kgs.
