Why did you decide to transform?
I decided to transform because I had put on a lot of weight and it went up to 85 which was not tolerable.
How did you accomplish your goals?
I accomplished my goals by focusing on myself which was very tough.
Training routine that helped you achieve your goals
Training routines that helped me achieve my goals were 60% cardio / running, cycling, walking, swimming and 10% yoga and 30% weight training.
Which supplements did you take?
I used to take MB Whey Protein Fuel One in the beginning but now I take MuscleBlaze Biozyme Performance Whey.
What challenges did you face during your transformation?
The biggest challenge I faced was that my family didn’t support me in my fitness journey initially because they believed that the gym atmosphere is not good for girls.
