1. Why did you decide to transform?
At the age of 15, I was naturally into fitness and had a dream of becoming a Roadie. This might seem funny but this was something that kept me motivated.
2. How did you accomplish your goals?
I was naive when I started my journey and I used to train vigorously without a routine but gradually I started hitting my protein goals and gaining knowledge on how to transform myself through proper training programs.
3. Training routine that helped you achieve your goals
The most effective training routine that helped me was push-pull legs and working on more compound movements to increase strength simultaneously
4. Which supplements did you take?
At the time of prep for Powerlifting I took creatine, protein, ZMA, vitamin D3, Ashwagandha, multivitamins, and selenium.
5. What challenges did you face during your transformation?
Honestly, since I have good genetics, I didn’t face any challenge as such that could hinder my growth. But yes it was difficult to do the same thing for several years to achieve the goal.
6. Suggestion for future transformers
The only suggestion for future transformers is – just try to implement your thoughts into action.
