Why did you decide to transform?
I was an Athlete before getting into this. Due to some personal reasons, I stopped working out but then I couldn’t sit at home doing nothing. As I always wanted to stay fit and I used to see my brother hitting the gym, working hard and his dedication and seeing the results, I started my fitness journey or should I say transformation.
How did you accomplish your goals?
By maintaining consistency at the gym, being disciplined, eating meals on time and eating calculated food looking at all the macros etc and I always had a positive mindset that nothing is easy and nothing is impossible and that has gotten me here today.
Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
My training routine was quite simple: 6 days workout and 1 day rest. The workout was split into two parts : 2 days for muscle training, one day full leg workout.
Which supplements did you take?
I first started with Muscleblaze Hydro then after a few months I heard about a new launch of Biozyme (made for Indians) so I went with Muscleblaze Biozyme Whey and it’s extremely good and gives the best results. I am still using Biozyme Whey and I bought all these supplements from HealthKart.
What challenges did you face during your transformation?
I am a foodie so it was quite challenging for me to stick to my gym diet and not cheat. Everytime i thought of giving up my routine, my inner self pointed as to how far I had come. Things which are easy to get are not as great as compared to the things we work hard for and face the challenge to achieve them. But yes I managed my goals and finally did it and i’m still working on the physique i wish to achieve.
Suggestion for future transformers.
I would say that firstly, stay dedicated towards your goals and maintain consistency, discipline. Work hard because dreams don’t come true just like that, you need to work harder and harder and eat good food. The main thing is, don’t expect the changes immediately. It takes time and patience to get there, as rightly said – GREAT THINGS TAKE TIME..
Mention your weight, age before and after your transformation.
When I started, I was 17yrs old and my weight was 70 kgs. I did my bulking till 86 kgs, when i started my cutting i was 84 kgs. Now I am 18yrs old and weigh 71 kgs.
