Why did you decide to transform?

I decided to transform as I was going through a lot of health issues like PCOS, knee pain, stress, and of course societal pressure.

How did you accomplish your goals?

I have accomplished it by following a proper diet and workout routine which included strength training and eating mostly nutritious foods.

Training routine that helped you to achieve your goals?

My training routine was strength training 3x per week and 2x cardio and the remaining 2 days were complete rest days. I trained different muscle groups on different days and also focused on keeping myself active throughout the day by doing 10K steps daily.

Which supplements did you take?

Only whey protein as I was not able to complete my protein requirements with just food.

What challenges did you face during your transformation?

A lot of challenges honestly. Earlier, I used to stress a lot about my workout and food, but now my relationship with food has completely changed. I don’t just work out for the sake of it, I do it for myself and to be fit throughout my life.

Suggestion for future transformers?

Currently, I am training 10 people and one of my clients has already lost 25 kgs, and I am working with more and more people to make them fit, and make them understand how they can enjoy their favorite food by eating right.
