1. Why did you decide to transform?
I decided to transform for the simple reason that I was overweight and wanted to look good to feel better both mentally and physically.
2. How did you accomplish your goal?
I started working out consistently, I got my diet on point and just continued doing the same until I saw proper progress.
3. Training routine that helped you achieve your goals
I followed no training routine in particular. I simply worked out from the knowledge I had and mostly learned from YouTube videos.
4. Which supplements did you take?
I took whey protein. And recently I’ve started taking fish oil and multivitamins.
5. What challenges did you face during your transformation?
I found it challenging to stay consistent on days I didn’t feel like working out or days where I felt like eating a cheat meal. This was a challenge because sometimes my mind dwelled over short-term pleasures like eating cake or some junk food.
6. Suggestions for future transformers
Consistency is key. If you want to see results, you have got to be consistent!
