Underweight to a Bikini Athlete – Yogita Singh’s Journey

Why did you decide to transform?

I was too skinny and started to train myself to look better and confident and now I’m a bikini athlete. 

How did you accomplish your goals?

I was always focused on improving the way my body looks because I wanted to become an athlete and that’s why I improved and worked each and every day on my body.

Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

My training routine changes accordingly to my competition preparation but right now I follow push, pull, and leg training.

Which supplements did you take?

I prefer taking isolate protein, protein chocolate, BCAAs, Pre workout supplements, multivitamins, fish oil, and many more.

What challenges did you face during your transformation?

There have been so many ups and downs in my fitness journey but I never gave up on my dreams and goals.

There is no magic; everything takes time so just keep working towards your goals and be consistent.
