Why did you decide to transform?

I have decided to transform myself, because I used to be very lean and people used to body shame.

How did you accomplish your goals?

I accomplished my first goal in 2019-2020 and I am still working word to achieve it.

Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

I have just followed progressive overload in any routine, that has helped me a lot.

Which supplements did you take?

At first I had started taking just Whey Protein but now I am taking Creatine along with Whey Protein.

What challenges did you face during your transformation?

I have faced lots of problems during my transformation like my immunity power had gotten too weak, I used to have a fever and cold easily. So I faced lots of breakdown during my transformation and I don’t have that much money to buy any health supplements but I am still determined and consistent towards my goal. 

Suggestion for future transformers

Suggestions for future transformation are only three things, which are Consistency, Determination, and Motivation.

Mention your weight, age, before and after your transformation.

I was 17 years old and my weight was 50 kgs with body fat 15-18% and now I am 19 years old with weight 60.6 kgs with body fat 17-20%.
