Why did you decide to transform?

It happened when one day a picture of mine went viral on the internet, It said that I look like Virat Kohli and many websites also included it in various articles. And as Virat Kohli is a fitness icon, I felt that I should work on myself too. That’s where my fitness journey began.

How did you accomplish your goals?

My goals are yet to be fulfilled, it is just a small step to achieve my goals. I am still working on them. This transformation was made in just 6 months, it happened just because of a controlled diet & discipline workout routine.

Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

My training routine is very simple, I workout 6 days a week, in which I train 2 body parts a day and I walk 30 minutes on the treadmill. I included the whole body weight program in my exercises as I was already working on cardio and weight training. The most important thing is to completely stay focused on the diet plan. I added fiber in my meals and consumed fruits and green vegetables (as i am vegetarian).

Which supplements did you take?

I took Whey isolate protein 2 times a day, Multivitamins, Flaxseed oil capsules (Omega 3,6,9) and BCAA for fast muscle recovery.

What challenges did you face during your transformation?

Initially the body cramps used to come but I did not take the load on myself. I always tried to stay constant and positive.

Suggestion for future transformers.

I would like to say the one thing to people who want to transform themselves. First of all, set your clear and definite goals as this matters the most and then start visualizing yourself like that.

Mention your weight, age before and after your transformation.

I am 29 years old and my weight was 84 kgs with body fat 21% before, now I am 31 years old & my weight is 69 kgs with body fat 14%.
