Why did you decide to transform?

I decided to transform because I was very skinny and wanted to put on some weight so I started transforming myself…

How did you accomplish your goals?

I deeply desired to accomplish my goals, make a plan and follow the path.

Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

As usual, I started training one body part each day. After some time, I started working out on two body parts …and now I am following the GVT programme. 

Which supplements did you take?

I did not take any supplements. I usually eat home made food like eggs, chicken, fish, oats and fruits. By these I get all my nutrient supply.

What challenges did you face during your transformation?

A lot of people demotivated me and made fun of me that I was unable to do anything ..but those same people look at me now ask about my workout regime, diet and supplements.

Suggestion for future transformers.

In future, I want to increase my weight up to 105 kg as now I am 85 kgs and want to participate in powerlifting events too.

Mention your weight, age before and after your transformation.

My age was 15 yrs at that time and my weight was around 48-52 kgs. Now I am 20 yrs old & my current weight is 85-87 kgs.
