Ingredients 

  1. 50 grams raisins
  2. 20 grams honey 
  3. 185 grams of peanut butter
  4. 6 tablespoons coconut oil
  5. 60 grams of chocolate chips
  6. 95 grams almonds
  7. 95 grams cashews
  8. 120 grams of rolled oats, or breakfast cereal of your choice 
  9. 32 grams ground flaxseeds
  10. 40 grams of dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Take a standard baking pan and line it with butter/parchment paper. Make sure to leave some overhang to ensure easy removal.
  2. Combine the almonds, cashews, and a third of the oats in a food processor and set to pulse. 
  3. Combine this mixture with the rest of the cereals, cranberries, ground flaxseeds, and raisins.
  4. Take a saucepan and melt the peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil over low to medium flame until you have a consistent mix.
