1. Why did you decide to transform? 

I decided to transform because I was very skinny and underweight and my friends used to troll me.

2. How did you accomplish your goals? 

I accomplished my goals with hard work, dedication, and consistency at my workout.

3. Training routine that helped you achieve your goals 

I have been consistent with my workout routine – starting at 7 pm, I make it a point that I work out till 9 pm.

4. Which supplements did you take? 

I have relied upon whey protein, creatine, fish oil, multivitamins, BCAAs, and pre-workout Glutamine.

5. What challenges did you face during your transformation?

As much as it is necessary to stay fit, it is also an expensive affair. I didn’t have the support from my family and buying supplements as well as taking up gym membership wasn’t easy. I took up a job that helped me start my fitness journey. In the beginning, it was tough for me to get results but gradually, as I got the hang of it, I was satisfied with the version I was becoming.

6. Suggestion for future transformers. 

It is really important to stay consistent from the beginning itself if you want to achieve your dream physique. Don’t go easy on your diet and workout. Only choose genuine supplements.
