From Setbacks to Strength: Anamika’s Transformation Story

Anamika’s journey was as much about healing as it was about fitness. Through difficult phases, she turned to discipline and consistency to rebuild herself. 

1) Why did you decide to transform?

Back in 2022, I was actually very healthy. But then unfortunately, I went through a phase of deep personal loss, losing some of the most important people in my life. And so, I used food to deal with the grief. I started stress eating and gaining so much weight that my knees would hurt while climbing stairs, and I just didn’t feel like myself anymore. 

Eventually, I made the decision to stop turning to food for comfort and took the first step towards healing by starting therapy. 

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

 I accomplished my goals by learning everything about calorie deficits, protein intake, strength training, and nutrition. And then added them to my routine and followed with discipline.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

I  trained six days a week, doing a mix of cardio and strength training.

I focused on progressive overloading, losing fat and building muscle.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

During my transformation,It was a challenge to control my cravings.Moreover, there were weeks when I felt like nothing was changing. But I kept showing up and didn’t give up.

4) Which supplements did you take?

Whey protein, creatine and multivitamins.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

If you’re on a fat-loss journey, just be patient and trust the process. The journey takes a long time to show results, but it will be worth it.
