Once overlooked, Niyati reshaped herself with dedication and consistency-proving with the right mindset, nothing is impossible.

1) Why did you decide to transform?

Since school time, I was bullied and overlooked, and so I decided to change the way I looked. I took my time to transform into a new and fitter version of me as I strived to get stronger every day! And now I’m no longer overlooked by people.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

I accomplished my goals by never giving up. Even though the journey wasn’t easy, and I didn’t see any positive results in the beginning, I never gave up and stayed consistent throughout the journey.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

I train 6 days a week, along with walking 10K- 20K steps every day.

4) Which supplements did you take?

I only take omega-3 and multivitamins.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

My biggest challenge was hitting the plateau-when my weight got stuck at one point and no matter how hard I worked, nothing helped. But by working on my metabolism and improving my gut health, I overcame this challenge.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

It’s not an easy and quick process and takes years of dedication, knowledge, and hard work to finally transform yourself. Don’t fall for shortcuts, be patient, and stay consistent. It’s all worth it.
