A mix of setbacks and criticism drove me to want to transform myself.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
I accomplished my goals by training consistently and hard, following proper diet plans, and even controlling junk-food cravings.
3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
I used to train twice a day: once, empty-stomach cardio on the treadmill for a total of 45 mins. Second time – weight training in the evening. Also, I follow the bro split for strength training.
4) Which supplements did you take?
I consume whey protein only.
5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?
The challenges I faced were:

Do not take shortcuts. They may give you good results temporarily, but they can be really harmful to your body. Keep going, no matter what life throws at you and stay consistent.
