1) Why did you decide to transform?
I started my transformation to challenge myself and become better, driven by curiosity about how far this journey could take me.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
I started working out at home, and then I slowly taught myself how to optimise the process of fat loss and muscle gain. That eventually became about holistically improving myself as a person.
3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
I train 5-6 days a week. I have experimented with various splits but found the push-pull-legs split to be the most optimal for me.
4) Which supplements did you take?
I take whey protein and creatine monohydrate.
5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?
The biggest challenge for me was consistency, to stick to the plan no matter the level of motivation. I was training myself with no external help, so I had to bump into many roadblocks to gradually be on the right path.
6) Suggestion for future transformers.
I would suggest future “Transformers” to constantly learn new things and focus on scientific methods rather than other, maybe attractive but not-so-viable choices.
