From Underweight to Powerful: Shiva’s Transformation

Shiva went from being skinny and overlooked to building real muscle and strength, proving that consistency changes everything.

1) Why did you decide to transform?

I was very lean, so I used to get bullied for the way I looked. Moreover, I never felt confident in my own skin. That’s why I decided to transform myself.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

I accomplished my goals by being consistent with my diet and training.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

I trained 5-6 days a week, wherein I focused on two muscle groups each session. Moreover, I added supersets and drop sets on some sessions, and did cardio too, and I still follow this routine.

4) Which supplements did you take?

I take pre-workout, protein, creatine, omega-3, vitamin C, and biotin. 

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

The only challenges for me were staying consistent and controlling cravings.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

My suggestion is just to be regular and not give up. Results take time, so be patient and trust the process.
