Despite living with Cerebral Palsy, Anurag refused to let it define his future. His journey is fueled by resilience, self-belief, and the determination to become the strongest and most independent version of himself.
1) Why did you decide to transform?
Living with cerebral palsy, I wished not to depend on anyone and make my parents worry-free by showing them that I can take care of myself. Along with that, the Special Forces mindset inspired me to become the best version of myself.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
As my mentor says, Karam wahi karo jo karna hi fal lage. I followed this philosophy, and I genuinely enjoyed being on this journey. Moreover, I set small goals and work towards them in a disciplined manner.
3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
My morning starts at 5 o’clock with stretching, followed by a 5 km run, sometimes 10 km. After that I cool down, eat a good breakfast usually high in protein and then go to the gym in the evening or sometimes in the afternoon for strength training.
So basically, I stay active throughout the day and consume a well-balanced, high-protein diet.
4) Which supplements did you take?
As of now, I am not taking any supplements.
5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?
Training with Cerebral Palsy was my biggest challenge because even simple movements required extra effort, but I managed it through consistency and determination.
6) Suggestion for future transformers.
Just stay consistent. Never hesitate to invest in your body, your fitness and your mind.
