From Overweight to Unstoppable: Manvi’s Transformation Story

21/23 97kg > 67kg 45% > 25%

Manvi went from struggling with excess weight to building a fitter, healthier lifestyle- proving that consistent effort can lead to remarkable changes in both fitness and confidence.

1) Why did you decide to transform?

I had gained a lot of weight. Not only I, but my parents too were worried about my health and weight. We started looking for ways to manage my weight, and that’s when I asked my father to buy me protein supplements. This was my changing point. And I decided to prove myself.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

Instead of setting big goals and getting disappointed by them, I decided to set small goals. Like losing 2kgs. When I lost that first 2 kg, it motivated me to go further. These small accomplishments motivated me to push harder. Moreover, to fix my binge eating disorder, rather than starving or cutting things out of my diet, I decided to replace and reduce the quantity of what I eat.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

I had a basic training routine for the first year, which involved training a single muscle per session. I started learning about form through the internet and started doing progressive overloading over time. This helped tone my body and build strength.

4) Which supplements did you take?

I took protein, creatine, multivitamins and fish oil.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

In the beginning, the results took too long to show up. It was a bit challenging because I had to transform myself not only physically but also mentally. Over time, I realised that exercise shouldn’t feel like punishment, and food isn’t the enemy. It’s how you view and work around things. So, today I have not only transformed but also evolved as a person.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

It takes a while to see results, and to see a real transformation, you need to first change your mindset. It’s very important to acknowledge the fact that changes within your body and mind are not a 1 day process. It takes time to adapt to things. It takes a while to see changes. Most people fail at the trust the process stage. If you surpass that place. No goal is impossible to achieve.
