Arnold Press - Exercise Guide -

Learn how to do an Arnold Press

Muscle group worked: Front Delts & Upper Chest
Equipment: Dumbbells
Difficulty: Intermediate
Mechanics: Compound

1: Raise the dumbbells as you rotate the palms of your hands until they are facing forward. This is your starting position. 
2: Continue lifting the dumbbells until your arms are extended above you in straight arm position and breathe out. 
3: Begin to lower the dumbbells to the original position by rotating the palms of your hands towards you while breathing in.
