Rear Delt Raise - Exercise Guide

Learn how to do a Real Delt Raise

Muscle group worked: Rear Delts
Equipment: Dumbbell
Difficulty: Intermediate
Mechanics: Isolation

1. Bend at the waist while keeping the back straight in order to pick up the dumbbells. This is your starting position.
2. Keeping your torso forward and stationary, and the arms slightly bent at the elbows, lift the dumbbells straight to the side until both arms are parallel to the floor. 
3. Exhale as you lift the weights. Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
