1. Why did you decide to transform?
I gained a lot of body fat and my weight was 64kg. I wanted to reduce it and that’s why I decided to start my fitness journey.
2. How did you accomplish your goals?
I started with cardio at the gym for a month. My muscle loss was more than fat loss so I switched to weight lifting. This helped me reduce my fat and weight in 6 months.
3. Training routine that helped you achieve your goals
I mostly do body weight training, deadlift, and 15 minutes of cardio.
4. Which supplements did you take?
I relied on multivitamins, fish oil, calcium tablets doctors prescribed, whey plant-based protein, pre workout supplements.
5. What challenges did you face during your transformation?
Most challenging part for me was to maintain a healthy diet and stay consistent at it.
6. Suggestion for future transformers
If you don’t see any changes in your body, that’s okay because it takes time to achieve this. So, be patient and consistent and never compare yourself to others.
