Reya battled weight gain, bullying, and the challenges of PCOD. But with patience, consistency, and clean eating- she turned it all around. Today, she’s not just stronger physically, but mentally too.
1) Why did you decide to transform?
I decided to transform because I was bullied in school. Moreover, suffering from PCOD pushed me to take charge of my health and build better habits.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
I accomplished my goals by avoiding junk food and making changes to my diet. Along with it, I also started avoiding sugary foods.
3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
Initially, I started with 45 minutes of walking daily, and then last year, I joined the gym and incorporated weight training into my routine.
4) Which supplements did you take?
I have not consumed any supplements. I just keep my diet nutritional enough.
5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?
In the beginning of my fitness journey, I could hardly see any changes in my body. This started to make me feel demotivated sometimes. But I worked hard and kept patience and finally, saw great results.
6) Suggestions for future transformers.
For those starting their weight loss journey, my suggestion for them: have patience and stay consistent with your diet and training. In the beginning, it’s easy to get demotivated and give up, but with regularity, you’ll see great results- better physical and mental health.
