I decided to transform to improve my overall health and push my physical limits. I wanted to challenge myself and build a sustainable, stronger version of me.

I accomplished my goals by staying consistent with a structured workout plan and clean nutrition, while regularly adjusting my routine for progress. Discipline and tracking my progress kept me motivated throughout the journey

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

I followed a balanced routine of strength training 5 days a week, focusing on different muscle groups, and included 2-3 days of HIIT or cardio for fat loss and endurance. Consistency and progressive overload were key to my success.

4) Which supplements did you take?

I used supplements like Protein , Creatine , Multivitamins and fish oil

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

The biggest challenges were staying consistent, especially when results were slow. It was also tough to manage my diet, especially during social events. Time management between work, life, and fitness also became a struggle. But over time, these challenges became easier with discipline and commitment.

6) Suggestion for future transformers

Stay patient and trust the process. Results won’t come overnight, but if you stay persistent and steady with your training and diet, progress will definitely follow. Surround yourself with a supportive community, whether online or in-person, and focus on long-term sustainability rather than quick fixes.

 Many people ask why I started my fitness journey. The main reason for my transformation was the bullying I experienced, as well as the comments from my friends and family about my physique and appearance. This motivated me to change—not to prove them wrong, but for myself.

I accomplished my goals by following a strict routine, which included a detailed timetable for my meals, workouts, and sleep.

 I experimented with different training routines, such as single muscle splits, PPL, and bro splits, but I found that PPL worked best for me.

 I used supplements like whey protein, creatine, and fish oil.

One of the biggest challenges during my transformation was managing my diet and workouts while living alone in 11th grade, which made it tough to balance everything with my studies.

My advice for others on their transformation journey is to stay consistent and dedicated to their goals.
