1) Why did you decide to transform? 

1. As I joined college, I realised I wanted to be as fit as possible and lead a better and healthy lifestyle. 

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

2. I accomplished my fitness goals by staying consistent on diet and exercise. 

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals? 

3. As a beginner, I believed bro split worked the best for me, helping me achieve my goals. 

4) Which supplements did you take?

4. I trusted protein, creatine, fish oil, and vitamins.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation? 

5. I had to deal with excessive hunger as I had made a lot of changes to my diet. It was hard at first but then I grew habitual. 

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

6. I have always believed that our diet is 70 percent, while exercise is 30. This mantra helped me get the desired results.
