1) Why did you decide to transform?
During my school and college days, people used to judge me for my lean physique.
So, I decided never to skip my workouts, no matter what happened.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
I achieved my goals with consistency and dedication. I followed a strict protein-rich diet and a strength training routine. Moreover, I walked at least 8 km everyday.
3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
I train by focusing on a single muscle group each session, along with cardio.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?
The main challenges for me were financial struggles and the pressure from my parents, who didn’t support my fitness lifestyle. But despite all the hurdles, I proved them wrong and stood stronger.

My suggestion for anyone looking to transform is to be consistent and patient, and just trust the process. Believe in yourself even when no one does.
