Why did you decide to transform?

I decided to transform because people used to call me skinny and they used to make fun of me.

How did you accomplish your goals?

In the beginning, I started going to gym for half an hour and used to do cardio as the trainer asked me to do – during which I gained knowledge about callisthenics too. I started getting interested in callisthenics and so, for 6 months, I used to do only bodyweight workouts but I realised I have to take a proper diet as well. So, I used to eat everything in the beginning to bulk up but soon I saw my body undergoing changes and after a year, I had developed a good physique and was not skinny anymore. I didn’t just stop there – I became a certified trainer.

Training routine that helped you achieve your goals

I had a normal training routine. I used to train push, pull, and legs in the beginning and then changed it to bro split with some 15 – 20 minutes cardio. Most importantly, I always ate healthy and kept a close check on my diet.

Which supplements did you take?

I have used Whey Protein, MuscleBlaze Creatine, and Multivitamins.

What challenges did you face during your transformation?

When I started my fitness journey, I was in college and it was hard for me to focus on my diet, manage my time for workout, and be regular at the gym. I was not earning so it was hard for me to buy supplements too. I would get criticised by parents & relatives. But I never listened to anyone and continued with my fitness journey.

Suggestion for future transformers

If a skinny guy like me can go this far, then others can also do this. I have been through the same problems which they might be facing so that shouldn’t be an excuse. If you can think you can do it, then YOU CAN.
