1) Why did you decide to transform?
I joined the gym in the beginning just to prove a friend wrong who challenged my consistency qualities. And this turned out to be really beneficial for me, because I slowly started enjoying the journey and began working for my own good.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
I accomplished my goals by having a protein-rich diet, training till failure with progressive overloading, and tracking my progress every step of the way.

The training routine that worked the best for me was push-pull-legs with proper rest days.

Since I was very new to training, I lacked proper knowledge and found it hard to learn things on my own. But I took my time to learn and gain proper knowledge to achieve my goals.
