1) Why did you decide to transform?
I was unhealthy and had a poor lifestyle, and I wanted to feel confident in my skin, so I decided to transform into a fitter version of myself and improve my lifestyle.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
I accomplished my goals by training consistently and eating clean. Even though it was hard in the beginning. I never gave up.
3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
I do weight training 4 to 5 days a week following push-pull-legs split along with cardio and proper rest days.
4) Which supplements did you take?
Whey protein, creatine, multivitamins, and omega-3s.
5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?
Staying consistent even on the days I didn’t feel motivated and sticking to my diet strictly were the biggest challenges I faced.
6) Suggestion for future transformers.
My suggestion would be to be patient and just trust the process.
