1. Why did you decide to transform?

The feeling of powerlessness, being taken for granted by everyone because of my weight, and my personal life & relationships got affected because of my obesity which is why I decided to transform myself.

2. How did you accomplish your goal? 

I always believed in 3 principles  – Patience, Discipline, & Consistency.

I took the phrase ‘do or die’ quite literally and gave everything to achieve my goal.

3. Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

Muscle building through weight lifting was my first choice but I also often practised a lot of 

boxing, swimming, & basketball and aimed to get 20,000 steps daily without fail.

4. Which supplements did you take?

I used supplements such as Zinc Picolinate, Magnesium Bisglycinate, Fish Oil, Ashwagandha & Collagen.

5. What challenges did you face during your transformation?

The biggest hurdle was when I was dealing with my hiatus hernia. I was not allowed to lift weights which was advised by my doctor. I made a lot of sacrifices like not going out to eat with my friends and not eating unhealthy food at my own sister’s wedding ceremony as it would break my discipline.

6. Suggestions for future transformers

DISCIPLINE, CONSISTENCY, PATIENCE 

Rome was not built in a day. Just trust the process & give yourself 90 days of consistency and you’ll meet a new and better version of yourself.
