1) Why did you decide to transform?
I used to face confidence issues, an inferiority complex, and a lot of other health issues, like acne and digestion-related issues. And I knew I could do better than this, which kept the flame alive and motivated me to make a change in my lifestyle.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
I accomplished my goals by restructuring my diet and my workout plan, adding cardio, and regulating my sleep.
3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
I mainly followed the push-pull-legs split along with cardio.
4) Which supplements did you take?
I am currently taking protein, creatine, multivitamins, fish oil, and ashwagandha.
5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?
Initially, when I changed my diet, I suffered from irritable bowel syndrome. Another challenge was that I didn’t see any visible results in the first 2 months, but I still kept working hard.

Be consistent, trust the process, and seek proper guidance whenever required. And track your calories and progress.
