1) Why did you decide to transform?
I transformed myself as I had always been very skinny since childhood, and my friends often made fun of me.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
I just followed the basics- had a good diet and trained in the gym consistently.
3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
I train 5 days a week, hitting one muscle each session.
4) Which supplements did you take?
I take creatine for faster muscle recovery.
5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?
In the beginning, it was a big challenge to gain weight, as I had to eat a lot, which was something I wasn’t habitual to. But I managed to get accustomed to it.
6) Suggestion for future transformers
Just follow the basics- take a clean diet, which is very important, and always push your limits while training.
