1) Why did you decide to transform?

After pregnancy, I had gained so much weight that I started being underconfident about my looks. So I decided to change myself to regain my confidence.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

I accomplished my goals by improving my diet, avoiding junk food and doing strength training along with cardio.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

I train each muscle group once a week along with cardio. I focus on progress overloading and increasing my overall strength.

4) Which supplements did you take?

I use protein and creatine.

 5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

The hardest part was controlling my cravings. It took a lot of self-control to avoid junk food completely. 

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

My suggestion for future transformers is to focus on increasing your strength and maintaining consistency; you will definitely achieve your goal.
