1) Why did you decide to transform?

I decided to transform because I was tired of feeling weak and sluggish. I knew I needed to change not just for aesthetics but for being the healthier and fitter version of myself.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

I accomplished my goals by setting realistic goals and accordingly making a plan, which included following a balanced diet, training consistently with proper rest days, and tracking my progress along the way.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

The training routine I follow is a mix of cardio, strength training and flexibility exercises. Moreover, I aim to train 3-4 times a week, targeting different muscle groups each day.

4) Which supplements did you take?

I take protein supplements, creatine, and multivitamins.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

The challenges I faced were showing up everyday with the same level of motivation. But with patience, I overcame all these challenges.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

Start with small and realistic habits and stay patient. Discipline is more than motivation.
