1) Why did you decide to transform?

I was 13 or 14 years old when I started going gym because I was overweight but nothing happened at that time because I was still gaining weight afterwards. I tried dieting also but I was not dedicated enough. As I turned 19 I started feeling insecure about myself and that’s how i started my journey with dedication and consistency!

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

I was dedicated, consistent with my workouts & had a calorie deficit diet.

3)Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

My training routine was that I was doing workouts early morning starting around 6:30-7 am and continued my workouts in the evening too. I was doing HIIT, weight training, cardio exercises, yoga almost everything different days 6 days a week and taking a day off to rest my body as it’s quite important.

4) Which supplements did you take?

I did not take any supplements.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

It was hard at first when I started I was working out and pushing myself daily. It was hard to control junk food & I stopped myself from binging late at night.

6) Suggestions for future transformers.

I will just say never STOP, one little difference will make a bigger change later. Never give up your goals, just start today not tomorrow not from next week or month just today or else you have excuses for everything.

7) Mention your weight, age, body fat % before and after your transformation.

I was 19 years old and I used to weigh more than 100kgs with a body fat of 51.4% and now I am 20 years old and weigh 66kgs with body fat 27%.
