1) Why did you decide to transform?
I decided to transform because I never felt confident in my body and wanted to become a stronger, healthier version of myself.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
I accomplished my goals by setting small and realistic goals and achieved them by consistently working hard. I followed a healthy and balanced diet and being a cricket player, I trained a lot accordingly.
3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
My routine is built on my cricket experience. I train 5 days a week, following push-pull-legs split, focusing mostly on compound lifts like squats, deadlifts and bench presses.
4) Which supplements did you take?
I use whey protein, creatine, and BCAA.
5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?
Seeing no results for a long time was demotivating and pushed me to just quit. But even though, I didn’t see any major results, I kept working hard and stayed consistent.
6) Suggestion for future transformers.
My suggestion would be to just never give up no matter how long it takes and keep showing up for yourself. It will all be worth it.
