1. Why did you decide to transform? 

I wanted to work on my health and improve my strength. This is why I decided to start my transformation journey.

2. How did you accomplish your goals? 

I stayed consistent with my weight training and took a healthy diet on a regular basis.

3. Training routine that helped you achieve your goals

I was not too specific about my training routine. I start with a push and pull leg workout. After this, I make sure I cover 2 parts per day and do bro split. I also made sure that I walk 15000 steps every day along with strength training programs. 

4. Which supplements did you take? 

Whey and multivitamin have been two supplements that I have truly trusted.

5. What challenges did you face during your transformation? 

It was a bit difficult for me to squeeze time for the gym everyday.

6. Suggestion for future transformers. 

Just stay consistent with your workout routine and diet.
