Hardik once struggled with being skinny and low self-confidence. Today, he’s muscular, confident, and unmissable—proving that strength can be built with relentless consistency.
1)Why did you decide to transform?
I always felt weak, and even my clothes never fit me right. Moreover, People used to call me skinny. All this pushed me to decide to transform myself.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
I haven’t yet accomplished my goals — still a work in progress. But what helped me get this far is consistency-showing up every day, no matter what. No matter how I’m feeling- Good, bad, tired, lazy- I show up for myself.
3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
I like experimenting with different training routines. I don’t let my body get too comfortable with the same routine, and so I prefer switching to different training routines after a while.
4) Which supplements did you take?
In the beginning, I avoided taking any supplements. After 6 months of training, I started using Creatine and multivitamins to support recovery and strength.
5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?
In the beginning, my weight was completely stuck; no matter how much I ate or trained, it was just not improving. That got frustrating. Moreover, I got a shoulder injury too, which messed up my workouts for a while. But despite all, I didn’t give up.
6) Suggestion for future transformers:
Stay real, trust the process, and remember , it’s all about putting in the raw effort. Even if the progress is slow and you can hardly see any improvement, that’s the biggest challenge: just SHOW UP AND WORK HARDER.
