1) Why did you decide to transform?

Being unhealthy and out of shape, I lacked the confidence to present myself in any aspect, which was affecting me badly. I decided that change was needed, and now I am confident in everything I do today.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

I started my journey by completely removing sugar from my diet and began consuming meals with a fixed amount of calories, carbs, and protein. I also committed to working out for 90 minutes daily, six days a week.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

I begin my training with a 6-8 minute walk on the treadmill to warm up my body. Then, I focus on upper and lower abs or sides every alternate day for about 40 minutes. After that, I concentrate on one specific body part each day for about 40-45 minutes.

4) Which supplements did you take?

The only supplement I have taken during my transformation journey, and continue to use, is whey protein. It helps me meet my daily protein intake requirements

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

When I talk about challenges, the biggest one I faced was sticking to only healthy foods and avoiding the fried or junk food I used to consume daily. Being away from home in Canada made it even more difficult to control my meals and stick to specific quantities, as my calorie, carb, and protein intake had to be balanced with every meal. Over time, I have gotten used to this routine.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

My personal suggestion to future transformers is to always keep your will strong enough at the forefront of your mind. Trust me, that willpower combined with hard work can lead to amazing results.

1) Why did you decide to transform?

I started going to the gym because I was too skinny and just wanted to bring a change to my lifestyle and my physical appearance.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

I’m still on my journey towards achieving my goals, but I’ve realized that the key to reaching them lies in consistency. It’s not just about working hard once in a while—it’s about showing up every day, putting in the effort, and staying committed.  Consistency is the foundation that makes progress possible.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

⁠I started with a push-pull-legs routine for the first year of my training, then decided to switch things up with a bro split, which I’ve been sticking with ever since.

4) Which supplements did you take?

I used to rely on supplements like creatine and protein for some time, but now I’ve transitioned to working out without any supplements.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

One of the biggest challenges I’ve encountered throughout my fitness journey, and one that I continue to struggle with, is maintaining a consistent diet. My diet remains an ongoing challenge as I strive for better results.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

My biggest advice would be to stay consistent and show up to the gym, even on the days you don’t feel like it. Also, find yourself a gym buddy—they’ll always be there to motivate and push you further.

1) Why did you decide to transform?

It was a challenge I gave to myself because I was going through a really tough phase where conducting daily activities was a struggle. However, I decided to come out of that zone completely and started my journey to transform myself completely.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

Having a good body was always a goal but I never had enough knowledge about how things work, So I gained lots of knowledge and simultaneously implicated in my routine to push my limits and achieve my end goal.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

Initially I started with the basic split where I was training a single body part in a day. Afterwards, I transitioned to Push-Pull-Legs following up with 10-15 mins of cardio.

4) Which supplements did you take?

I used Pre-workout along with protein and creatine to enhance my performance and overall body recovery.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

Sticking to the routine was a bit challenging for me as it was my first time going to the gym and pushing myself for the goal. Also as being a foodie, sticking to a clean and proper diet was the most difficult part.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

The only suggestion I would give based on my personal experience is that please be consistent and do not rush for quick results. It will take time but everything’s going to be worth it at the end.

1) Why did you decide to transform?

I always felt uncomfortable in my own skin and had low self esteem. Sometimes, outsiders also made comments on my appearance that were super insecure. So, I decided that I have to make some changes and started working on my body and joined the gym. 

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

It took me around 2 years to reach here and all in all I would say, I stayed consistent and showed up everyday to work on my physical fitness. 

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

My training routine for gaining weight was weightlifting with progressive overload and mainly having a rich diet, eating in a calorie surplus manner. It also included the addition of protein and carbs in my diet. 

4) Which supplements did you take?

I took whey protein, multivitamins, fish oil capsules and L-carnitine. 

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

I struggled with maintaining consistency in my routine, especially with eating enough to gain weight.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

If you want it bad enough you definitely have to work for it. Moreover, don’t be disappointed if  you don’t see progress just in a few months. It’s a very slow process but down a year or two, you would be proud of your journey.

Fitness has always been a strong interest of mine from the beginning. Eventually, I made the decision to fully dedicate myself to a consistent fitness regime and committed to making it a key part of my life.

Every day, I am committed to pushing my limits through weight lifting, cardio, and intense gym sessions, all while keeping my skills sharp with cricket. It’s a routine that keeps me focused and driven.

I follow a push-pull-legs-cardio-core routine, which allows me to effectively focus on different muscle groups each day.

I use protein and creatine supplements to help build muscle and boost my workout performance. They support my recovery and overall results.

Initially, my body resisted exercise and adapting to a routine was challenging. However, with persistence and consistency, I’ve increased flexibility and made significant progress.

Work hard and avoid excuses – our bodies deserve the best care and attention. Embrace the effort and show your body some love.

1) Why did you decide to transform?

To increase my general fitness and well-being, I decided to transform. In addition to feeling lethargic and lacking in energy, I was conscious about how I looked. Beyond improving my life, I also wanted to inspire others by making positive changes.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

I made sure to exercise frequently, added high-protein meals to my diet, kept a calorie deficit diet, and consumed carbohydrates in moderation. In addition, I always rested properly after working out.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

Although I started by switching up some training days based on my weaker muscle groups, the basic push-pull-legs repeat still exists in my routine.

4) Which supplements did you take?

I consumed creatine, whey protein, caffeine, electrolyte, and multivitamins.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

Lifting comes with its challenges of injuries, but I’ve used all of my experiences, including past setbacks, as a chance to refine my technique and strengthen my confidence.

Furthermore, giving up junk food desires and adjusting to a healthy diet was quite difficult.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

All I can say to everyone who wishes to change is to just get started. It’s acceptable to make mistakes when you’re just starting. You’ll ultimately get everything just right. Maintain a healthy diet and regular exercise program!
