1. Why did you decide to transform?

I decided to transform my body because I was bullied and body shamed as I was really thin.

2. How did you accomplish your goals?

I made sure that I never forget what I have been through in the past. And whenever I was close to quitting, I reminded myself as to why I started this journey in the first place.

3. Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

On alternate days, I kept 2 hours in the morning for weight training with 15 minutes of cardio. Along with this, I made sure I took a proper diet.

4. Which supplements did you take?

Protein has been a go-to supplement for me and along with it I took creatine and citrulline malate. Sometimes, I also take pre-workout as well as multivitamins.

5. What challenges did you face during your transformation?

I was really demotivated when I realised that even though I’m working hard I could not get the desired results. Later, I realised that this was due to my lack of knowledge on the right diet and supplements. Moreover, family and friends tried to stop me from going to the gym and consuming supplements. Lack of money also posed an issue, as it made it hard for me to buy supplements.

6. Suggestion for future transformers.

Always listen to your heart and mind. Ignore all those who demotivate you. Always remind yourself why you started this journey before thinking of quitting.

1. Why did you decide to transform?

I decided to change my physique as I got bullied for being skinny. And I was motivated by the stories of bodybuilding legends.

2. How did you accomplish your goals?

I accomplished them by being consistent with my diet and improving my overall lifestyle.

I have been doing a single body (bro split) every day as it helps me give my 100% each day.

I took protein for better muscle recovery and Creatine for strength boost and increased ATP.

5. What challenges did you face during your transformation?

Challenges that I faced included adapting to a fitness routine, eating clean all day, and practising forms during workouts which I learnt with time.

6. Suggestion for future transformers.

Apart from taking supplements, make sure your diet also contains whole foods. Moreover, rather than focusing on lifting more weights, focus on the right form in the beginning.

I decided to transform to get into a better shape and have a healthy lifestyle.

I achieved my fitness goals simply by eating clean and tracking calories.

I go for weight training for 2 hours in the gym with cardio.

I trust creatine and whey protein.

Being on a calorie deficit diet took a lot of my time to get muscle recovery and soreness also was a common occurrence.

I would suggest you to increase your muscle mass and take measures to maintain that.

1. Why did you decide to transform?

I didn’t like the way I looked as I was too skinny and felt underconfident.

2. How did you accomplish your goals?

I could achieve my goals by maintaining discipline and consistency in my diet as well as training routine.

I trained a single body part per session for 6 days a week and followed it for around 4 years.

I took proteins, creatine, omega-3, multivitamins, and sometimes mass gainer as well.

My family didn’t want me to take supplements as they were not aware of their significance. I also used to fall ill sometimes which hampered my progress.

Stay dedicated towards your goals and don’t try to go for shortcuts just to look good on social media.

1. Why did you decide to transform?

I decided to transform because I wanted to take control of my health and overall well-being. I was tired of feeling sluggish and wanted to live a more active and fulfilling life.

I had been overweight/chubby for almost all of my childhood and teenage years. I knew I wanted to change the way I looked but I always lacked clarity on how to start and would find some excuse to start later. Like any other fat/skinny person, I was body-shamed and bullied all the time. All this would add up to me feeling insecure about myself.

2. How did you accomplish your goals?

I started by setting realistic and achievable milestones and I stayed committed to them. It was a slow and steady process but the results were worth it. I also prepared a workout and a diet plan for myself from all the information that I could gather online and followed it for about 7-8 months.

3. Training routine that helped you achieve your goals

At the beginning of my transformation (2020), I stuck to only at-home workouts. I would do follow-along HIIT workouts. Once the lockdown ended, I started going to the gym and did strength training which I have been loving since.

4. Which supplements did you take?

I believe in getting most of my nutrients from whole foods but I did incorporate some basic supplements like whey protein and a multivitamin into my diet to support my training.

5. What challenges did you face during your transformation?

I faced moments of self-doubt and plateaus but I reminded myself of my “why” and stayed motivated. Nutrition discipline was also a big challenge but I learned to enjoy healthier foods.

6. Suggestion for future transformers

My suggestion for future transformers is to set clear, realistic goals, stay consistent, and don’t compare your journey to others. Everyone’s path is unique; so focus on your progress. Progress takes time and it’s important to focus on your growth.

1. Why did you decide to transform? 

I wanted to work on my health and improve my strength. This is why I decided to start my transformation journey.

2. How did you accomplish your goals? 

I stayed consistent with my weight training and took a healthy diet on a regular basis.

3. Training routine that helped you achieve your goals

I was not too specific about my training routine. I start with a push and pull leg workout. After this, I make sure I cover 2 parts per day and do bro split. I also made sure that I walk 15000 steps every day along with strength training programs.

Whey and multivitamin have been two supplements that I have truly trusted.

5. What challenges did you face during your transformation? 

It was a bit difficult for me to squeeze time for the gym everyday.

Just stay consistent with your workout routine and diet.
