1) Why did you decide to transform?

It was a challenge I gave to myself because I was going through a really tough phase where conducting daily activities was a struggle. However, I decided to come out of that zone completely and started my journey to transform myself completely.

Having a good body was always a goal but I never had enough knowledge about how things work, So I gained lots of knowledge and simultaneously implicated in my routine to push my limits and achieve my end goal.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

Initially I started with the basic split where I was training a single body part in a day. Afterwards, I transitioned to Push-Pull-Legs following up with 10-15 mins of cardio.

4) Which supplements did you take?

I used Pre-workout along with protein and creatine to enhance my performance and overall body recovery.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

Sticking to the routine was a bit challenging for me as it was my first time going to the gym and pushing myself for the goal. Also as being a foodie, sticking to a clean and proper diet was the most difficult part.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

The only suggestion I would give based on my personal experience is that please be consistent and do not rush for quick results. It will take time but everything’s going to be worth it at the end.

 My training routine included a mix of strength training and cardio. I focused on weightlifting to build muscle and incorporated high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for fat loss. My weekly routine typically looked like this:

– Monday: Chest and Triceps

– Tuesday: Back and Biceps

– Wednesday: Rest or Active Recovery (light cardio or stretching)

– Thursday: Shoulders and Abs

– Friday: Legs

– Saturday: Full-body workout or HIIT

– Sunday: Rest

4. Which supplements did you take?

 I took a few key supplements to support my training and recovery:

– Whey Protein: To help meet my daily protein needs and aid muscle recovery.

– BCAAs (Branched-Chain Amino Acids): To reduce muscle soreness and support muscle growth.

– Multivitamins: To ensure I was getting all essential nutrients.

 I faced several challenges during my transformation, including:

– Dietary Adjustments: Changing my eating habits was difficult initially.

– Consistency: Staying consistent with workouts and nutrition required a lot of discipline.

– Plateaus: There were times when my progress stalled, and it was challenging to stay motivated.

– Social Pressure: Dealing with social events and the temptation to revert to old habits was tough.

 My suggestion for future transformers is to stay patient and consistent. Transformation doesn’t happen overnight. Set realistic goals, track your progress, and celebrate small victories along the way. Surround yourself with supportive people and don’t be afraid to seek help from professionals like nutritionists and trainers.

My journey of transformation began with a fear of rejection and ridicule. Insults from some important people motivated me to take a step towards fitness. Eventually, I started concentrating on self-care and was able to maintain my transformation.`

I achieved my goals by combining a healthy diet, cardio and weight training exercises, and supplements, such as protein and multivitamins. Most importantly, I ensured maintaining a positive attitude throughout my fitness journey.

 I decided to transform my fitness because I gained weight. So, I wanted to lose weight, stay fit, and improve my overall well-being. It helps me gain confidence and stay energetic the whole day.

How did you accomplish your goals?

 I accomplished my fitness goals by setting a plan that included a mix of strength training, cardio exercises, and a diet. By making fitness a priority and adapting the routine with discipline, I was able to achieve my goals.

Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

My training routine is a mix of strength training like squats, deadlifts, bench presses, etc. I divided specific days into different muscle exercises, with cardio sessions, like running, cycling, and HIIT. I also do flexibility exercises like yoga to enhance mobility in my body.

Which supplements did you take?

I take protein supplements, multivitamin tablets, caffeine, tablets, electrolyte, and creatine.

What challenges did you face during your transformation?

During my transformation, I faced challenges like staying motivated and consistent with workouts in my busy schedule. Moreover, adapting to a healthier diet and to overcome cravings of junk food was a real challenge.

 I suggest starting by setting your achievable goals, prioritizing consistency, and focusing on your diet. You can get support from your friends or trainers to keep you motivated. Work on yourself to stay healthier and see the stronger version of you. 

 

 

 

 

Shunning Bullies, Shining Bright – Umer Belal Faizi’s Journey

1. Why did you decide to transform?

I was tired of getting bullied because of my body fat. One day, I decided that I will change myself and shun this bullying. That’s how my transformation journey started.

2. How did you accomplish your goals?

My journey began during the lockdown of 2020. I started working out at home with just the basics. I tried to do as many push-ups and pull ups as I could, with the aim to increase the number of repetitions with time. Started with just 50 push ups and 20 pull ups and 30 minutes of skipping. Eventually, as the lockdown lifted, I joined a gym and started doing weight training 5 times a week. Along with this, I got my diet on point by restricting the calories and increasing the amount of protein.

3. Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

I followed a 5-day weight training split which looked like this,

  • Monday: chest 
  • Tuesday: back 
  • Wednesday: shoulders
  • Thursday: rest
  • Friday: legs
  • Saturday: arms
  • Sunday: rest

Along with this, I made sure that I hit 10-15k steps daily by walking.

4. Which supplements did you take?

I used whey protein isolate as a food supplement in my journey to fulfill my daily protein requirements. 

5. What challenges did you face during your transformation?

It used to get very difficult at times to just stick with the consistency of diet. I had to avoid social gatherings and say no a lot of times to people because of my routine. As a student, it was very difficult to afford high-quality nutrition but I made some sacrifices to get everything which was needed. 

In the end, all my efforts were worth it because today I am in the best shape ever and am proud of myself for putting my goals above the short-term pleasures!

6. Suggestion for future transformers.

My only suggestion to all the people who want to transform is to just start. Yes, starting the process is the most important part. It’s okay to not do everything perfectly when you are starting out. You will get everything right eventually. Get your diet and training right and stick to the routine!

1. Why did you decide to transform?

My transformation journey began during the lockdown period. It was at this time that I got the news that I am about to become a father and I was clear that I need to start focusing on my transformation.

2. How did you accomplish your goal?

With perfect nutrition, daily calorie deficit, regular workout, and dedication, I was able to accomplish my fitness goal. I also made sure to never sacrifice on my diet.

I mostly went for compound movements like squats, deadlift, and benchpress.

The supplements that I took were hydrowhey protein, fish oil, vitamin D3, and glutamine.

There were times when staying consistent with my routine could get a little tough. But I was clear on staying focused so that helped me stay dedicated to transform.
